Payment Policies / Reservations:

We require a low down payment of only 10% to secure your booking, including accommodation, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and related services. The remaining balance must be settled up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival to the Tour Manager (Tour Operator), ensuring a risk-free reservation.

Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Periods):

Cancellation requests must be submitted via Fax or email to confirm the cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 61 days before arrival: 10% of the tour price.

• Between 60 and 31 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost.

• Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost.

• Between 14 days and up to the arrival day: 100% of the total tour cost.

Additional costs and fees for domestic and international flights are subject to airline terms and conditions at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy (Christmas, New Year, and Easter):

In case of cancellation during these peak periods:

• Up to 61 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost.

• Between 60 and 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost.

• Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour cost.

• Between 14 days and up to the arrival day: 100% of the total tour cost.

Additional costs and fees for domestic and international flights are subject to airline terms and conditions at the time of booking.

Refunds:

Refunds will typically be issued to the original payment method. No refunds will be provided if no refundable amount exists. Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available at an additional cost. Hotels and similar establishments are graded for quality and facilities and may be booked according to similar standards.

Published rates are exclusive of local taxes and other charges and may change without prior notice.

Flights:

Domestic flights: Estimated prices and timings are provided. Specific flight times or booking changes may affect the package cost.

International flights: Competitive rates are available from your departure point to any of our destinations, matched to your itinerary.

Responsibility:

We act as agents for travel services, including rail, cruise, air, and other transport modes. We do not accept responsibility for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or other irregularities due to weather, acts of God, government action, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines, or actions of third parties.

Special Requests:

Clients should notify us of any special requirements at the time of booking. While efforts will be made to accommodate requests, these cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Children Policy:

Policy 1 (Packages, Nile cruises, hotels):

• Children under 2 years: Free of charge.

• Children under 6 years: 25% of the tour cost per person.

• Under 12 years: 50% of the tour cost per person.

• Over 12 years: Considered adults. Additional supplements may apply for flights.

Policy 2 (Sightseeing and land excursions):

• Children under 6 years: Free of charge.

• Under 12 years: 50% of the tour cost per person.

• Over 12 years: Considered adults. Additional supplements may apply for flights or ferries.

Tipping:

Gratuities are at your discretion and reflect satisfaction with service quality.

Claims / Customer Service:

Notify us immediately of any issues during your trip. Most problems can be resolved promptly. Contact Customer Service while traveling; post-trip issues should be addressed in writing.

General Conditions:

• Minors under 18 are prohibited from using our services.

• Secure online payments accepted via Visa or MasterCard in multiple currencies.

• Transaction history should be retained by the cardholder.

• We comply with UAE laws regarding transactions with OFAC-sanctioned entities.

• Multiple transactions may appear on card statements.

Agreement Acceptance:

Payment of a deposit or full fee indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions, forming a binding contract between you and Luxor Hurghada Transfer.
