Booking and reservations

Booking a transfer is simple and flexible. You can:

Once we receive your request, a confirmation with all necessary details will be sent to you promptly.

Yes, we offer flexible booking policies. You can modify your travel time, date, or pick-up location at no extra cost, provided the changes are made at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip.
For cancellations, there is no charge if done 24 hours in advance. This allows you to book with confidence, even if your travel plans change.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 24 hours, a small fee may apply to cover administrative or scheduling costs. We understand travel plans can change unexpectedly, so we do our best to accommodate every situation fairly.

Most standard transfers do not require a deposit. However, for:

  • Group bookings

  • Long-distance or luxury vehicle requests

  • High season travel (like holidays)

We may request a small deposit to secure your reservation. If a deposit is required, it will be clearly stated during the booking process.

Yes, the majority of our vehicles come with automatic transmission for maximum comfort, especially during long-distance journeys. If you have a specific requirement, simply mention it during your booking, and we’ll do our best to match your request.

While we can’t always guarantee a specific make or model due to fleet rotation and availability, we will always provide a vehicle of the same category or better than the one you select. If you have a preference (e.g. Toyota Hiace, Hyundai H1), let us know in advance and we’ll try to accommodate it whenever possible.
